Caverion Finland and IS-Technics Oy have signed an agreement under which Caverion will acquire business focused on demanding onsite machining and mechanical installations in shipyard and industrial environments from IS-Technics for through an asset transfer effective on April 1, 2026.

The change of ownership will not affect the agreed services or personnel. The people who have become familiar to your company over the years will continue to provide the agreed services to you, together with Caverion’s employees.

Following the change, you can still reach us via the same telephone numbers, but our email addresses will change to @caverion.com format. Our operations address will relocate to Pinotie 3, 33470 Ylöjärvi.
